Submission Guidelines

Walk On Records offers a free playlist submission service. Selected tracks may be added to our Spotify and YouTube Music / YouTube playlists. There is no fee to submit.

Playlist size & rotation

• Each playlist is capped at 75 songs so every track has a real chance to be heard.
• Playlists rotate weekly — we refresh and cycle tracks to make room for new submissions and keep lists active.
• Placement and time on a playlist are never guaranteed.

What we look for

• Original music you have the right to share
• A working Spotify or YouTube (or similar) link to the track
• Styles that fit our country, trucker, southern, and related audiences — we listen widely within that world

Important — please read

• No guarantee of placement. Every submission is reviewed, but not every track is added.
• No payment required. This is not a paid promotion or “pay-to-play” service.
• No recording contract. Submitting does not create an exclusive deal, management relationship, or publishing agreement with Walk On Records.
• You must own or control the rights to the music you submit (or have clear permission from the rights holders).
• We may add, leave off, or remove a track from any playlist at any time, including when rotating weekly for the 75-song cap.
• Playlist placement is promotional only; stream counts and exposure vary and are outside our full control.

How it works

1. Fill out the form on the Submit page with artist name, song title, link, and email.
2. Your email client opens with a message to Info@walkonrecords.com — send it to complete the submission.
3. We review tracks and update playlists weekly when possible. Lists stay at or under 75 songs and rotate weekly.

What you grant if selected

If we add your track to a playlist, you grant Walk On Records a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to include that track in our free promotional playlists on Spotify, YouTube, and similar platforms. You keep all ownership of your music. You may ask us to remove a track by emailing Info@walkonrecords.com.
