Welcome to Walk On Records. By using this website and related services (including our free playlist submission form), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site
Walk On Records is an independent music label site. Content (logos, text, images, and artist materials we display) is owned by Walk On Records or used with permission from the artists or rights holders. You may browse and share links for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or career advice. Playlist placement and exposure vary and are not guaranteed.
User submissions
If you submit a track or message:
- You represent that you own or control the rights needed to submit the track and to authorize us to listen and, if selected, include it in our playlists.
- You grant Walk On Records a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to stream and display the track in our Spotify and YouTube playlists for promotional purposes if we accept it.
- Submitting does not create a recording contract, publishing deal, or exclusive relationship.
- We may accept, decline, or remove any track at our sole discretion.

Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit content you do not have rights to
- Use the site to spam, harass, or distribute malware
- Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the site
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in submissions
Third-party links and embeds
The site links to and embeds Spotify, YouTube, and other services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and services are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or any particular outcome from submissions or playlist placement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Walk On Records and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the submission service.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
